CANNABIS AND HEMP IN 2019

With the passage of the 2018 Farm Bill that legalized hemp, control of the U.S. House of Representatives shifting to the Democratic Party, and continued growth in legal cannabis, there is a tremendous amount of momentum for and interest in the cannabis and hemp industries. Business owners and entrepreneurs are wondering if they should focus more efforts in hemp now that it is legal nationwide.

Meanwhile, federal lawmakers are working to decriminalize cannabis, while state legislators are considering expanding legal cannabis and CBD use, and some local advocates are working to limit the presence of dispensaries and pop-up events in their communities.

This 1 Hour and 44 minute discussion goes into great detail about the challenges and opportunities facing cannabis and hemp in 2019, and beyond.

Over his lobbying career, Droz has conducted hundreds of presentations and interviews with congressional staffers and other representatives of Federal agencies, most of them in Capitol Hill offices for the purpose of briefing staffers on the importance of industrial hemp.

This is a specially scheduled one-on-one session with Ben Droz to discuss cannabis and hemp legislative and business issues. This course gets a series of phone discussions to ask Ben for his expertise, as well as some light research (if necessary) to answer some of your specific questions.
